Chosen mechanical properties of the grain of new riticale strains and their pre-sowing magnetic stimulation

Abstract: The aim of the study was to test physical properties of new triticale strains. It was measured cutting and compressive force. It was used Instron 4302 apparatus for cutting and compressive force measure. Simple triticale grain was put to cutting trial. It was used double sites sharpened 2 millimeters thick knife and with rate of knife 50 mm×min-1. The part of raw material were subjected to pre-sowing magnetic stimulation at 30 mT for 60 second. It was found there is no significant influence of pre-sowing magnetic stimulation on cutting force valve and compressive force valve.
